They provided timely estimates, and final invoices were not more than expected. They were always prompt and responsive with all communication. We have used them in the past, and were not disappointed this time around either! We were handling a claim for a local moving company where a trailer had unfortunately caught fire. All of the items had them been transported to a new trailer. SERVPRO was able to remove the smoke odor and clean many of the content items along with the final clean of the trailer itself. The moving company will be able to get the trailer back on the road, and many of the shippers sentimental items were saved! I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future for this and similar jobs!
