Heavy Snow and Freezing Temperatures Caused Water to Leak Through the Roof

The recent snow and freezing temperatures in Longmont caused a major water leak to occur through the roof. Once the water had entered the attic, it began to pool. This then caused the ceiling below to cave in and gallons and gallons of water flooded the area below.

Once our team arrived at the scene, we could see just how much damage had been done by the roof leak. Our team was forced to remove most of the flooring and drywall around the affected area as the damage had progressed too far.
